Daniel Kirkley records stripped down EP

NASHVILLE-based singer Daniel Kirkley returns to his roots on his new EP. 'As Tomorrow Comes' features Kirkley accompanied only by his own piano and cello. Said Kirkley, "When the time came for me to record a new project, I had something very specific in mind," explains Kirkley. "Musically, my first love has always been the piano. In many ways I wanted the production to sound as if you were sitting with me in the home I grew up in; playing these songs from that old upright piano where I first learned to read and write music. I felt that it was important for each song to be a personal reflection of my life and relationship with my Heavenly Father." Like its album predecessor, Kirkley's EP is released on Centricity Records. CR
