Original Prayer

the question i ask myself everyday is "why does God want me?" i don't read my Bible (i've no idea how) i used to pray everyday. but thats faded now. i still class myself as a christian but God just feels so far away and i don't remember running. my christian life feels like its falling apart. with changing churches due to rejection, the group i went too for more than 10years closed. yes i can blame not havig time as the reason for not having God but that just don't fit. please if you have advice respond with God's wisdom ( i really need it)

God wants you because he loves you. The times when he feels a million miles away is sometimes a test of our faith. It doesn't mean that he is not there it just means he wants you to push through in faithfulness and prayer. If you cant find the words to pray just say the lords prayer to him daily even 2 or 3 times a day. You will find that this time will pass and you will be in a better relationship with him. He will feel closer than ever. Push foward with hope in your heart that Jesus is listening and is ALWAYS there for you. He has not gone any where. We cannot trust our feelings but we can trust our faith.
