On the eighth day of Christmas 4Him dropped by to sing and guess what songs these brothers chose to bring? With a depressing lack of imagination, every major American CCM act gets asked to cut a Christmas album. 4Him perform "Oh Little Town Of Bethlehem", "Silent Night", etc with bland competence.

It was October 1993, and I was Christmas shopping (yeah 17 years ago!!). I saw this new cd on the rack, I also noted several new songs that were not familiar. I already had the fabulous 4-some's first 3 cd's; why not go for the next one! I was not disappointed to say the least. I fell in luv with the "A Strange Way to Save the World"; what a song for my ears to hear!! I wished it hadn't been the last # on the cd. I also have it on concert tape; Mark Harris does it superbly with Andy on background. The Opening song "The Season of Love"
has that great ccm style, I really like it ; a more mellower song to open cd may have faired better. I luv another new song "A Night to Remember"; great song guys!! the same with "In YOUR Care"; great lyrics!! "Hold On To Christmas" is just one of those magical songs for the Christmas Season; it is simply full of beauty!! Another great song guys!! This is a great cd to play for the Christmas Holiday!! GOD Bless! -Don
