This 32 year old pastor from Melbourne, Australia pulls no evangelistic punches on this his first release. From the onset of the title track declaring that Jesus is the 'Cross To Life' this Antipodean sets out his stall. On listening to this CD I was reminded of the lyrical directness of CCM pioneer Keith Green as evident on "Jesus Hears Me" and "My Shepherd, My Lord, My God". But the production values aren't very good and in truth some of the songs are very ordinary.
