This CD is the first release from a man who states that he is a "sold-out worshipper, instrumentalist, music producer/recording engineer, choir director, pastor and worship instructor, among other things." London-based Victor's aim is to capture the awesome nature of God in worship. He certainly does that in terms of what he says and sings about. The lyrics are very psalm-like in style and are excellent material for personal praise and worship, obviously being very much based on Scripture. It's therefore disappointing that the musical side of things lets it down. There is way too much speaking/shouting/preaching over music that just doesn't work outside of a live context. One result of this is that many of the songs have a distinct lack of space, as in between the sung bits there is always speech, and this becomes fatiguing to listen to and I feel it reduces the impact of what is being said/sung - again, this is an example of a situation when a good producer would have been beneficial in order to provide objective overview. As it stands 'Timeless One' can't be recommended.

I have tried listening to this guys songs on live performance, pls accept criticism; u talk too much its either u do a gig for singing or a convention to preach.
Just wanna know if this guy is a singer or preacher?
There should be a limit 4 d words and SING more.

Thanks

I strongly disagree with the review above. This CD is absoutely amazing. It is unashamedly about God and the music is right on point. I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone who has listenened to it so far have told me that it remains in their Cd player constantly and that is true for me. From the moment I heard it, it has been playing in my car ever since, and I still am not tired of it. The 'speaking, shouting, preaching' over the music is welcomed and keeps it personal. I know for a fact that this CD has been given to premier radio and they described it as being 'Fautless' and they are right!

I accidently found myself on this site and must say I would reccomend 'Timeless One' to every true worshipper.Having listened to the album over and over again ,I would say there is great and awesome presence of God felt when listening.Having known the artist for years,I would say not only does it usher God's presence,it comes from a man who is truly sold out to God and is passionate about worship.I use it as part of my worship sessions often. So I would reccomend it to everyone looking to grow in worship...

This is an album birth for our present generation
Listening closely to it, is has nothing to do with singing to man but to God.
It is a blessing to so many including me. I will recommend Timeless One CD to every worshiper out there.

This album was a good companion, a quality resource of praise and worship, when I was in Africa for a couple of months in 2007. Highly recommended!

I dont think this article potrays the album correctly. Having listened to the album repeatedly I love it more and more everytime. The concept of "worship" is deeper than the human perspective of us polishing our voices and sounding so "...all that..." that people listen to an album because the artist sounds good and all......its about 'your life' being the song and thereby your song/life being worship. I have learnt alot about worship from this album and I believe that God intended us to learn and understand worship in its simplest form............I would recommend this album to anyone who really wants to learn about true worship.......this album has touched and ministered to many and lives have been transformed by it. I pray that the gospel music industry may look beyond sounding "good" and start producing music inspired by God, according to His desire only and not man's tune. Again I have and will continue to recommend this album.
