Remember Liberation Suite? Sure you do, one of the hottest Christian bands to tour the Christian world in the 70s and 80s. Now their co-founder Barry Bynum has relocated to Belfast (yep, Belfast) and has just turned out this scorching album. Chocka full of Texas rock blues licks, Barry's seering guitar at times resembles early influence Freddie King, while his band play with guts, passion and southern fried spice. Excellent blues rock gospel from a veteran who knows how to write a hook. Thoroughly recommended
