For the past 10 years Ben and Vera Karlsson have taken their brand of evangelistic operetta around the world. This album showcases the lighter side of their Messianic ministry and was recorded with the London based National Philharmonic Orchestra under the eagle eye of Living Sound veteran Larry Dalton and focuses exclusively on Hebrew music old and new. Lush orchestrations provide a stunning background as the Karlssons take us through "Hava Nagila", "Shalom Alechem" and other Jewish folk songs. Ben even proves to be a dab hand on the Shofar traditional horn and for good measure they even slip in the Israeli National Anthem. Great music for those who like their roots music spiced with a night at the opera.
