A hard day at work? Feeling stressed? Well, plant yourself in your comfiest chair, put your feet up with a cup of herbal tea and let this album of beautiful Celtic songs allow the "deep, deep love of Jesus, vast unmeasured boundless free, rolling as a mighty ocean in its fullness" roll over you. King Saul when in soul torment used to call for the music of young David. As the strings of Carol Arblaster's harp waft over my fevered brow I can easily understand why David was so in demand. In 2002 Carol got the call of God to leave America and take her harp and go into the streets around Glastonbury and sing the good news. I would venture to say that the non-stop, 24/7 high speed culture the UK seems to have, needs the vision of the unseen kingdom from which to draw strength, encouragement and most of all, peace. This CD would certainly be an aid to that end with Carol's crystal clear vocals interpreting the poetry of these songs that draw their inspiration from the Celtic spirit of giving up security to be willing to go anywhere God leads.
