I love it when CDs like this are thrust into my hand. Not a clue who the band are, then I stick it on and it totally blows me away. Hard to categorise, since Daniel's Window mix self-penned material - well one anyway, but it's good - with pop classics such as "Wipeout", Larry Norman's "UFO" and an inspired '70s disco medley. Oh, and there's an interview here too, where we find out how the band got together and what their ethos is. The band say that this has been put together as a thankyou to their fans, with some highlights of their live shows. All I can say is that I hope I get the chance to see one, as Daniel's Window are deserving of a much wider audience. Seek this out. It's fun, funky and fantastic.
