This five-track CD contains Williams' message of hope for people suffering and is primarily a resource for his own Power Project, which is an American initiative to help people suffering with addiction. The smooth urban soul style with a hint of jazz feels reminiscent of Al Green and Barry White, with vocals from several very talented singers including 2004 American Idol finalist Williams. Williams' soft and natural approach to the vocals compliments well the smooth music and heartfelt message of the songs. The CD contains three different versions of the title track which is a slow song about how God can help us through the hard times and contains a healthy dose of jazz saxophone and background organ set to a slow R&B beat. The track "The Steps" is an exploration of a 12-step addiction-solving programme that Williams has been through. The track contains plenty of wisdom and advice for addiction sufferers in a spoken-word style set to another smooth R&B backdrop and some skilfully played sax.
