This Nashville band formed in 2007 with Aaron Ahlstrom on guitar and lead vocals, Jon Shearer on lead guitar, Jonathan Williams on drums and Sean Savacool on bass. This release follows their self titled EP of 2008. The change from very upbeat, to suddenly quite calm contributes to the feel of the album. The band have built a strong reputation as a strong live band, and listening to this album it is not hard to see why a live performance could create such energy. "Future" and "I Found You" are more tranquil tracks compared to the rest of the album and are simple but effective. The lead vocalist for this has a distinctive tone while one of the strongest tracks on the album is "Protecting God", the first part of the song sounding like the Stereophonics followed by an anthemic chorus. A band to watch.
