I like the concept of musical "Breakfast serials" which are designed to be an easy way to get our children to have a devotional time with the Lord each morning while they're having their breakfast. Each devotion lasts between five and ten minutes and are based upon Ephesians 6 v 13-17. They are easy to listen to and are relevant to the children of today, using examples that they will understand and be able to follow, that's if you can ignore the typical Americanisms and lifestyles that continually come across. I was impressed with the package which come as a "Variety Pack" size cereal box made to look like a new breakfast cereal and also included are cards to use with the daily devotion, with thoughts and further readings to follow through if desired. A very novel idea which will certainly work I'm sure but it is unfortunately a very expensive substitute for the more traditional Bible reading aids.
