This is gentle easy listening music performed on acoustic guitars, keyboards and percussion by Helen and her friends Alex and Ric. Helen wrote all the songs on the album; unfortunately, the whole thing has a rather dated sound, reminiscent of 70's Fisherfolk stuff, and Helen's voice, whilst pleasant enough, isn't all that strong and sometimes wanders off-pitch. Apparently, she and lona founder member Dave aren't related, which is a shame, since this could have certainly done with a bit of Celtic passion and fire. As it is, it meanders along in a very predictable way, with little variation in chord patterns, keys or tempo. Production values are good; sadly I can't say the same for the material,
