Ah, the clang of guitars, the crash of drums, I always find hardcore refreshingly different to listen to. The idea of Christian hardcore is a vitally important one, since secular hardcore tends to lean heavily towards the Satanic. IDT's Chase Covington has some great guitar riffs going on and the band's music as a whole is really powerful and actually quite melodic. Sometimes I found the prose and delivery a little too obvious but then hardcore doesn't leave you a lot of room to maneuver lyrically. This is a really strong debut album, fast paced, melodic and to the point.
