Here's a four-track EP from a Swedish five-piece who are creating some excellent fresh R&B pop sounds. Leaping out of the speakers, "Never Let Go" kicks this into action with its insistent groove and hooky chorus. "Give Me Love" has been garnering radio play in their homeland and deservedly so as singer Lina Nielsen's pure vocals are compelling and the song is built around one of those catchy choruses that won't leave your brain after you've heard it. "180" sees keyboardist Eric Lijero stepping into the vocal limelight with a plea for the listener to turn around and follow God. The closer "I'm Sorry" brings everything to a downbeat conclusion and follows "180" with an invitation to say sorry and make a new beginning. With perfect R&B pop, sensitive cliché free lyrics and excellent musicianship and production, these four songs make me want to experience a whole album from Jamboree.
