This is the American singer/songwriter's second album - a great set of songs which skilfully meld together worship, inspiration and some excellent music. Jeff has teamed up with producer Scotty Willbanks (of Newsong and Third Day) and put together some great sounds. There are good, driving songs which point the listener right at Jesus, and some more reflective numbers which bring a sense of peace and reflective calm to the album. His duet ("My Soul") with Michael O'Brien of NewSong fits into the latter category, with stripped down backing and a haunting 'cello allowing both singers to demonstrate their vocal range. "So Amazing", "All Or Nothing" and "I Want To Know You More" stand out as great songs, whereas the decidedly gooey "That's What Daddies Do" stands out for different reasons! There's no doubting the desire that Jeff has to communicate something of God's mercy and grace, and his enthusiasm and skill allow that to happen in a powerful way. An album well worth listening to.
