Jeff Scheetz, for those who do not know, is one of the few Christian metal guitar instrumentalists. His first album 'Woodpecker Stomp' was one of those albums that almost got away, but remained unreleased in the UK. For that reason Jeff is still an unknown to most of the British Christian metal following. This new album corrects the problem of 'Woodpecker Stomp' (under-mixed lead guitar) and at last we can clearly hear Jeffs very distinctive style. Just how good a guitar player is Jeff? Well, he was in line to replace David Zaffiro in Bloodgood but decided instead to go his own way. Jeff is currently employed by Yamaha and spends most of his time touring the US shops showing off his skill. The music covers many various styles, including the blues. For all you guitar fanatics out there 'Dig' is a must and is far more entertaining than the debut offering by Lanny Cordola
