A quality recording all across the board. Here we have a real person, not a multi-million dollar plastic model of a Christian artist. To describe his voice as a cross between Michael Bolton and Sting would perhaps be going too far, but make no mistake about it, Mr Benward has a warm, smooth voice guaranteed to sooth the ear. He also demonstrates a superb range from husky, intimate phrasing to near-operatic note holding. The backing vocals too are just right, no over production but no scrimping, even the choir on 'Go Tell Everyone' is done with taste. The musicians work together to produce backing of superb quality, leaving plenty of room for the message:- go and make disciples of all nations, tell that Jesus cares. A great album, more of the same please!
