Justin's second album features some songs first heard on his 2013 release 'Through The Glass' and the various artists album on Jesus Culture Music, 'Emerging Voices', and continues in his gritty rock worship style. 'Atmospheres' was recorded live in March 2014 by acclaimed producer Jeremy Edwardson while Justin was on tour with Jesus Culture. One of the beauties of creating a live album is that the listener is sometimes offered moments of prophetic and spontaneous worship and "Have Your Way" is a perfect example of this. "Heaven's Light" brings with it a shift in pace from the faster drum-driven anthems and is a modern day hymn that draws the listener into a deeper place of intimacy. Throughout, Jarvis' lyrics focus on the personhood of Christ, who he is and what he's done for us, the final track, "Born of God", being a powerful example. Musically, 'Atmospheres' has much of the Jesus Culture style with heavy drums, bass and guitars as heard on JC releases like 'We Cry Out' and 'Live In New York'. Jarvis clearly sings from a place of passionate love and intimacy which overcomes the slightly repetitive musical backdrop.
