Prepare yourself for a pleasant alternative to the modern manufactured pop market with a simple purity from an American folk songstress reminiscent of '70s guitar heroine Joan Baez. There is a great deal of integrity in an untainted voice, simple songs and a determined resolution to communicate the Gospel in a tranquil mood to calm the troubled soul. Gentle finger picking arrangements suggest, along with the title, that there is something of a mother nature quality that is reassuringly calm and secure away from the madness of the 21st century that is surprisingly charming.
