Lesley trained with the Scottish Opera and has sung in churches in the UK and abroad. This tape has been released to help raise funds for a contemporary evangelistic roadshow, Sound Of The Underground. On it she sings with just a keyboard accompanying evergreen hymns like "Rock Of Ages", "My Song Is Love Unknown" and "Amazing Grace" with a couple of more modern choruses. There's also a couple of poems read by Audrey Cooper. 'Lean On Me' has a certain naive charm but in truth it's way, way below the standards of an acceptable commercial release.
