This is from the worship team from The Lighthouse Christian Centre in Manchester and 'Rend The Heavens' is their debut album. Written by the band members, it features the sweet lead vocals of Pete Reynolds and Emma Moulds who are members of the worship team. There is a mixture of gentle worship such as "No Other Name" featuring some cool guitar riffs and "In Your Presence", a beautiful and melodious song with striking violin solos that carries you along with the natural rise and falls of the melody. Then there are the more upbeat and rousing tracks "Ignite" with the lyrics "Ignite your fire in our hearts, pour out your Spirit in our lives," and "Rend The Heavens" calling for the Holy Spirit to "rain down on us." Impressive and inspiring stuff.
