Michael Trotter may not be well known in most CCM circles however this album contains eight songs with the opening track being "All My Days" (Psalm 27). Other tracks include "Thankyou Jesus", a new fresh worship song. All songs arc written by Michael with the exception of track four. "There Is None Like You". Michael became a Christian in 1990 and, coming from a musical background, has made a conscious decision to commit his talents to God. He says that he does not want to become a "mega star' or entertainment for Christians but to reach as many people as possible with the gospel. "Nothing I Can Do" (side two) speaks of asking for God's help to surrender to his lordship EVERY word we speak. Other tracks such as "Lift Up Your Soul" and "Your Presence" stress the longing for a closeness with God and that God really does love the individual who seeks him whole heartedly. This aspect is finally summed up in the last track of all: "If My People" (2 Chron 7:14). Those living in west Scotland will soon be able to buy this cassette in Christian bookshops.
