Neil is a native Bristolian whose voyage to wonderful Winchester has been via New Zealand, where he spent two years working with a Christian theatre company and where his membership of a very supportive church gave him many opportunities to gain experience and hone his musical skills. Now he's returned to the UK to start what he hopes will be a worthwhile music ministry, and judging by this 11-song CD, he might just go places. This is mainly guitar-driven, with a solid, chunky sound, with good production values and a set of songs that have direct and cliché free lyrics and a strong and unambiguous message. A promising début.
