From the moment this disc hit the deck and the first guitar hook grabbed my attention I was Out Of The Grey and into my groove. One listen through and I was tempted by a selection of the most delightful ballads ("Everywhere That You Go", "Leave The Light On"); I was lured by some of the best ear-catching, body-moving guitar turns, drum rhythms and vocal variations ("Bigger Than Life", "Steady Me"); and I was truly hooked by the mesmeric tonsils of the exceptional Mrs Christine Dente - a voice that drifts effortlessly from a pure clarity to a husky whisper to a haunting echo and back again in a matter of bars. As usual, Charlie Peacock's production is highly polished, providing an album full of stunningly original tracks which this unimportant reviewer would presumptuously suggest reminds him of Edie Brickel and Texas. "Is there more?" you may ask, and emphatically I must say "Yes!". The music might appeal to all your bodily senses but go beyond that and take a listen to the lyrics. Without the need to repetitively repeat the J word they are superbly woven and undeniably bursting about life the J way. They spoke to this man's heart!

I have this second release by this very talented husband and wife duo; as well as the debut release.
I totally luv this whole cd; so pop ccm in its style: a great top ccm 90's cd to have. The cd opener "Steady Me" immediately grabs the ears and makes you want to sing along with the chorus; it is a top notch song for every believer today! The follow up song "Nothing's Gonna Keep Me From YOU" is a top fave song; the flow of the song just takes a hold of the spirit within it seems. The opening lines connect with every believer, "Sometimes life makes me crazy, can't make sense of what my eyes see...".
I recall hearing "Feels Like Real Life" on ccm radio; another fave. I love "The Door of Heaven"; and "sometimes we grow out of touch". We do fail today, and today is when the world needs to see the love of GOD present!: a love that is "Bigger than Life".
GOD Bless! - Don
