Acoustic pop in the vein of Crowded House from a man who celebrated one year as a Christian in February. 26 year old Paul does it all himself on this demo, produced with the help of FFG's Dave Pick (remember Eden Burning?). Stylistically, Neil Finn and Crowded House would sum it up neatly. Paul's voice is in the high Finn register and the accompaniment is kept sparse, although I would like to hear some full band arrangements on the material, since too much sparseness would make the end product too samey. Not a bad foundation on which to build though.
