In the words on the inlay, "Pop this cassette in your player and let this mix of favourite praise and worship songs, Scripture Memory Songs and contemporary Christian hits inspire you to KEEP MOVING as you walk your way to fitness." First of all, I want to know if the editor is giving me a subtle hint by sending me an exercise tape? Apart from never having heard any of these "favourite praise and worship songs", the tape is wonderful. I have enjoyed the songs and found them powerful and uplifting to listen to. They are praise songs with 115 to 136 beats to the minute, all helpfully quoted on the sleeve. Personally, I have not used the tape as an aid to exercise (yes Ed, I do get plenty of exercise elsewhere!). I think if you do take regular exercise by walking and don't want to listen to the sounds of nature then this could be for you. (Going at the pace they suggest around the hills of Cornwall will be good training for the next Plymouth Marathon!) However, if you don't take exercise in this way and can put up with the woman's voice giving you "uplifting" advice to "Keep walking" then this tape is worth a listen for its own sake.
