The choir's previous album 'Be Encouraged' sounded a bit stereotyped to my ears but sold well and here we are with a similar sounding follow up. The titles "I Am Blessed", "I'm Gonna Praise His Name", "Praise The Lord" convey exactly what you get, a whooping and a hollering from an earthy Chicago choir high on soulful exhortation and lung power but low on subtlety or originality.
