This 2006 release from Canadian worship leader Robert Moses Augi is a fine example of improvised and spontaneous worship. Recorded live at the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship where Augi and his wife Kelly Warren were once worship leaders, instrumentation is kept to a bare minimum with Augi himself on vocal and acoustic guitar duties skillfully backed by Sven Heidinga, Bill Fish and Tyler Leck on electric guitar, bass and drums respectively. This is an undeniably raw and predominantly heavy piece of worship and, although far from the cosy nature of some other worship albums, Augi's interpretations of David Gate's "King Of Glory" and "Revelation Song" by Jennie Lee Riddle are full of passion and abandonment for God. Elsewhere, originals such as the title track and the Lord's prayer inspired "The Model" make for absorbing stuff and Augi even includes three untitled tracks of Spirit led improvised music to further add to the leftfield nature of this powerful release.
