This is an introductory six-track EP from members of St Luke's Anglican church which you'll find in Kentish Town, North London. The songs on 'Prodigal' were penned by the worship team led by Charlotte Kiwanuka whose unique voice features on four of the six tracks. One of the best is "Holy Like You" which contains a hypnotic rhythm and a memorable chorus which will stay with you for days. "He Reigns" is unashamedly up-tempo pop praise while "You Stepped Down" smoulders intensely. The title track depicts the heart of the prodigal longing to be back home. "Living God" is a somewhat average offering amongst the other gems but doesn't detract from a well produced set of new songs.
