"In life we all have our own different roads to travel. Different situations, circumstances. However, we are all connected by one narrow road, one journey with one spirit and in God is a life that we can trust for our salvation and renewal." So says Hebrides-based singer/songwriter Steve who goes on to say that the three songs shared on this EP are a testimony of his story on the road towards finding Christ. His songs cover ground such as how seeking and finding God enabled him to break out from a position of fear and doubt, his desire to have God embedded in every area of his life, and the wonder of every day being anew with Jesus. However, such commendable intentions are effectively ruined by the actual music presented here. The overall effect of this recording is like a student Christian band home recording from 20 years ago. There is just no excuse for releasing something this sloppy these days with all the cost-effective technology that is available to iron out the fluffs.
