Now established as one of the most effective ministries in BYFC's long outreach to youth, I hope by now most CR readers know the score with TVB. But in case you don't what happens is that each year TVB forms afresh, taking a bunch of young musos on the road to minister all round the world. As in previous incarnations, the TVB album is something to sell at their gigs, and considering its small budget line and that 'No Hard Shoulder' consists of cover versions ("Cross Of Gold", "Make It Happen", etc) is bright, tightly played pop with bags of energy. Only the pretty grim soul/disco medley is a mistake. Support these lads and lasses, now I believe into their fourth version, they're doing a great job.
