You might have caught this girl-fronted team at various festivals. The production and mix on their debut EP is just great, really open, enhancing the vibrancy of the vocals and instrumentation - acoustic guitars, bass, flute, cello and percussion. Three talented musicians and a multi-track can make a lot of sound! I don't think I've heard anything quite like it before. The guitar riff on "Where's My Pen" really grooves along with an African or world music feel and gets under your skin. "Take Mine" is more contemplative and soothing. This is singer/songwriter stuff fused to inventive arrangements. The songs are original, refreshing and musically sophisticated, and less than 20 minutes is not nearly enough!

I would agree! I heard the asher band at Greenbelt last year and at a couple of gigs in Coventry and they rock. Can't wait to hear them again!!!
