A spinoff from Bazil Meade's London Community Gospel Choir, this eight-piece were formed in 2006 and have been steadily gaining exposure with their Nu Colours style vocals including performances at Live 8 and the Jazz Café in London where a six-night, sold out engagement took place. This, their debut recording, kicks off with tight, multi-lead vocal performances on soulful songs like "I Need Your Spirit" and "Found Myself A Reason". The pace begins to step up with "Difference In Me" and goes full throttle with "Dance" and "Ark" with a driving beat guaranteed to move feet! A more steady pace is resumed with "Born Again", which continues to the end with "Never Alone" proving to be the exception. An enjoyable gospel album all round, but with few surprises to the regular contemporary gospel listener.

I have read your comments re The Edge of lcgc and i think it all valid. I have the album and I think its one of better albums that has been released by a UK artist for a very long time. I'm going to put it in my top 5 international gospel albums.

Keep up the good work guys and look forward to seeing you live... by the way when are you going to do some live dates, God bless you all.

Ps; why aren't Cross Rhythms playing any tracks from the album?
