The veil of anonymity that has surrounded the Acappella Series is lifted for this, the nth album in the series as eight chaps gesticulate from the front sleeve including Mr Acappella Company, Keith Lancaster. The songs here are a ragbag of delights ranging from Stuart Hamblen's creaking "This Old House" through to a very nice revival of BJ Thomas' old hit "Home Where I Belong" and the old favourite of jubilee quartets "God Told Nicodemus". The harmonies, as always, are smooth and rhythmically imaginative while all the different lead singers used are excellent. If you like the massive output of The Acappella Company and have been blessed with mucho wedge you will want this above average release.
