Well, lucky old me! I get to review another album by this totally unique and progressive band! I have listened to 'Ultra-Violet Waves' over and over since receiving it (as I have with 'Bleeding Youth') and it has been a pleasure. My favourite tracks on this 7-song demo are "Fields", "Together", "Hollowbeds" and "Lebanon". The line up has changed from the original 3-piece, with PR, who was vocalist and drummer, and who is now concentrating on singing - Jay has taken over the drumming. Ced is still doing a fantastic job on guitar and Mike has taken over on bass. Musically this band is evolving, although I do still find the vocal lines take a little getting used to. The production is terrific and I love the use of FX and keyboards on this tape. Great work guys!
