Perusing the internet, one site calls Edwards "a hyped-up house producer", another a "renowned DJ" and a third a "UK garage star who produces vocal house." Now based in New Jersey this showcases the maestro's Innovative mix of cut-and-paste vocal samples, rubbery basslines, slapping and popping percussion and enough indicators that he now has a genuine faith to encourage all believers in clubland. I particularly enjoyed the eccentric off centre grooves of "Like A Fire", "Thru The Pain" and "Show The Way" while to quote from Spin magazine, "Edwards keeps the songs brief but detailed, singing about his beloved Jesus through a vocoder in a way that's completely disarming and rarely cheesy."
