If ever there was an album that really did do what its title said, here it is. Sort of a 'Best Bible Passages In The Whole World Ever' but rather than this being a spoken word thing, they've added rather lovely ambient music. It's a new way to listen to the Word of God and if you're in the right kind of mood, this will work rather well. There are some surprising moments like the reading of Psalm 23 by some earnest geezer and then suddenly this kids' voice breaks in reading it. For a second I was convinced they'd just changed the pitch of the voice but no, it really is a kid. Rather sweet. So what are the Bible's best bits? Go on, see if you can guess.OK if you said "Creation", "Psalm 23" (I'd already given you that one, "The Birth Of Jesus", "The Prodigal Son", "The Death Of Jesus" or "1 Corinthians 13" then you'd be a smarty pants and totally right! Plus a few others to make up the 10. This is perfect if you want to breathe new life into your devotional life or fancy having something inspiring in the car.
