This excellent value box features re-issues of five UK Vineyard live worship CDs: 'Come Now Is The Time To Worship' (1998), 'Hungry' (1999), 'Holy' (2002), 'Winds Of Worship 16: Holy' (2004) and 'Love Divine' (2007). Listening to these albums in this fashion shows the development of the Vineyard UK sound over the years. 'Come Now Is The Time' showed that worship needn't be twee or middle-of-the-road but could push boundaries and explore previous unvisited corners of the pop genre. Later albums demonstrate deeper forays in rock and grunge and latter albums have that harder edge to them. So from the wonderfully Celtic "Be The Centre" to the moshpit frenzy of "So Near" this really is a fantastic representation of the Vineyard UK story thus far. They have also retained the original enhanced CD material too (chord and lyric sheets, etc) so if you haven't explored the British arm of the Vineyard churches before and what to know what all the fuss is about, this is THE place to start.
