Subtitled '10 reflections on intimate worship from Vineyard UK', this is a compilation of tracks from the Vineyard UK albums 'Come Now Is The Time', 'Hungry', 'Surrender', 'All From You', 'Beautiful' and 'Hold On'. The songs express personal response to God and are ideally suited for individual rather than group worship. The title may suggest a soft acoustic sound, which is found in "O Jesus Mine", but elsewhere there's no shortage of electric guitars; these are mainly mid-paced songs focusing on the personal relationship with God. Like many Vineyard songs, these express devotion with a finely-crafted simplicity: intimate worship is what Vineyard do best. If you have only heard the early Vineyard UK albums in their original form, the remastered versions represented here are a revelation with their richer sound. With a compilation like this there will always be arguments about what's been included and what's left out, but if you don't have the original albums and want something for personal worship, this is recommended.

Product Description
10 reflections on intimacy from Vineyard UK
Featuring Brenton Brown, Sam Lane, Nigel Briggs.

Intimacy has been defined as belonging to and revealing ones deepest nature to (in this case God) and is marked by closeness and contact. As we draw near to God and express how much we love him we are changed by his glory! This wonderful intimacy has characterised Vineyard worship over the past years.
