Bee Bakare releases highly-anticipated album 'Wild Things'

NIGERIA-BORN Bee Bakare, who enjoyed a Cross Rhythms radio hit with "Sombody Else's Perfect" from her self-titled EP of 2015, has released a crowdfunded album, 'Wild Things'. Bee raised over £10,000 to fund the project through Kickstarter. Said the singer/songwriter, "This album is a result of my journey exploring who I was born to be. I took a little longer to realise what I wanted to do with my life and then I had to find the courage to go for it. It challenged my wellbeing, took away my social life and a toll on my mental health. My Christian faith has been a constant through this rollercoaster and a big source of encouragement in some of the hardest times I've ever faced. I still don't have it figured it out, but I hope anyone listening to the songs find inspiration, encouragement and courage like I did when I needed it."
