Bee first registered on the Cross Rhythms radar when we commented on her wonderful voice heard of the 'Wildfire' worship album by Bath City Church. Bee has now gone on to establish herself on the UK soul underground (200 live gigs in 2016 alone) and this EP, released in 2015, clearly shows that the Nigerian-born singer/songwriter is an exceptional talent. The rich voice glides effortlessly across these minor key, piano-based songs of love and lost love and though there isn't a track here which screams "hit!", they are all attractive in a mellow, understated way. Can't wait to hear Bee's brand-new EP 'Brighter'.
