Hi, Emma, i understand your struggle- i have suffered for years with OCD and have to take very powerful medication for it. I used to feel horrendous guilt over the unclean, violent images that OCD inflicted on me until a Christian Psychiatric Nurse explained to me that God understands that we are not to blame for these thoughts- they do not come from us but from the illness.
