Original Prayer

Dear Father: Please give me the strenght to resist Satan when the craving to go to these sites and masterbate overwhelmes me.I know that all you have to do is just think of me and I will have the strength I need. I know this is destructive behavior but I can't help it, I know it is wrong but when I start it's like I have no conscience whatsoever. I am asking for prayer in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen. Thank you. I was just praying a minute a go about this and I typed in a prayer into Google expecting it to respond with 'no results found' but this turned up. It's good to know people are thinking and praying for each other. Thanks God for showing me to this site.

Almighty Jesus Christ, you are above all things, and you know us through and through. Lord as these men, including your son Philip, come before you in faith and boldness to ask for deliverance, I pray that your spirit would hover over them and transform them by the renewing of their minds. Even as Paul said, the things they want to do they do not, and the things they do not want to do they do - you have already searched and known us and are not unaware of our situation. Cleanse them dear God, show them how to focus their minds and give them the right attitude toward women. Lord you know how to keep it real, even let Song of Solomon be a source of comfort and a guide on how we should love passionately. God I pray that they would be restored so that they would each make excellent husbands to the right woman. I give you glory because all things are possible for you and when the power of darkness comes in like a flood you raise up a standard against it - your cleansing blood. Amen.
