Original Prayer

Lord please help me, last month I found out my girlfriend of 5 years has been cheating on me, she then left me, I still love her lord, let her know I forgive her and just want her to be happy. I cant pretend its easy and that it doesn't hurt because its not, I have lost the girl I truly love, I have no job, no friends, please help me to continue my life and not to give up, give me hope and please help to stop this deep hurting. I need your help lord, I beg of you, I can't take this much longer! please help me.

I have a testimony. My son had been with his girlfriend for 5 1/2 years almost 6 years. Through out their relations he finally decided to get his life right with the Lord in this process he encouraged his girlfriend to do the same. However, she was not ready to commit to the Lord as he was. I seen the pain and struggle he encountered in his time of grief. But through much fasting and prayer and his faithfulness to God, God moved in his situation. After a year God finally removed her from his life. He is now engaged to a Christian young lady whom was part of his youth group in highschool. God just blessed him with a new home and he is only 24 years old. Sometimes in life God will remove people from our lives to see if we will still serve Him inspite. My son choose to serve God instead and God is blessing him richly. I hope this will encourage you to stay faithful to God and in return He will bring the right mate for you in His timing. This is a prayer I have prayed for my children since my son was 7: Lord, DO NOT let my children be bound together with unbelievers. I pray that they will value Christian friends and they'lll eventually find their way to godly mates, as You Lord intend. Remove anyone from their lives that is not part of God's plan or purpose. I pray for their future spouses upbringing that their parents will create a godly environment in which to raise them. I pray that my future sons and daughters in law will keep themselves pure for marriage, that they'll understand the Lord's perfect plan for marriage and for their lives, and that they'll grow into the man or woman God designed each one to be. Lord after all, You desire a godly nation and peole so this is according to your will. In Jesus Name. So If you read what I testified about my son, it will show you that this prayer has worked. For I have been praying all these years and God moves in His timing not ours, but we too must be obedient and listen to His voice and follow His command. All we need to know is all written in His Word. If we are unequally yoked they will turn our hearts from God and we can see that to be true from King Solomon's life. But the blessings instored for those who choose God. I hope this will encourage those who read this. Blessings in the Lord Most High God....
