Next door and our homes value

Dear sweet God we need mercy. Our negbours want to build something right near our land Lord please let nothing be done that could bring down the value of our house. Oh lord I beg you increase the value of our home . We need many repairs the roof and the bathroom leack i have not got diy skill and my father tends to procrastinate. Lord please safe gaurd it as me and my sister inhertance. Lord I beg you. Please let the rest of my fathers morgage be payed off so we can rent the hous and not just have it sold off. Oh Lord I beg you I beg you. we need about £55000:00 thousand.
