Get out the hankies and your wellies and be prepared for this concept to reach the parts some others don't reach! The connection between the Zionist story line of Swedish based troup Dance Eternia, the pathos of Jewish death cell poetry and the resplendent sounds of Adrian Snell meet in the 'Song Of An Exile' cut in 1988. The song "Alpha And Omega", recorded in 1986, is featured in its entirety and was a mega best seller in Europe and is a compelling work on reconciliation of phenomenal proportions. "We Want To Live" captures the holocaust (pogroms and persecutions) but speaks just as well to spiritual Israel in the lyrical language of the psalmists and prophets, set to classical rock and evocative drama. Dance Eternia are returning to Britain in autumn '93. Make sure you catch their stunning interpretation of Snell's music.
