If you're a reader of 'Parentwise' magazine you'll have read Andy's testimony and the way the Lord healed baby son Darren. Andy is also a gifted songwriter and on this his second tape shows that the potential demonstrated on his 'Wiseman' debut is being fulfilled. From the opening "Have You Got Love" with attention grabbing lyrics ("You can study the Bible from morning till late/You can scream out the gospel till you're blue in the face/Your faith might move a mountain but before you start/Have you got love in your heart") to the catchy mid-tempo closer "Now You've Come Back". Andy skilfully leapfrogs over the limitations of a small budget. Best cut is "Not Just Rock 'n' Roll" with Paul Poulton adding some hot guitar. A bit short for an album (8 songs) but investigate if you're looking for the new wave of pop-gospel songwriters.
