You might have caught them at Greenbelt last year. We at CR have been raving about them for ages. They've just spent three months in the USA on tour and they don't even have a record deal! Last few studio albums have been cool enough, but this live album really rocks. "Voice In The Silence" has to rank in the lop 10 best ever contemporary gospel songs...it's right up there with the likes of "Breathe Deep" by The Lost Dogs; buzzsaw guitar with sweet Irish rock chick vocals will blow you away. This is Emmaus as they should he heard and for a live recording il fairs better than many a studio album. Some talky bits go on a little ("Walk On Water" is a great song but it takes a good few minutes to get to it!) although live it probably sits better (the front living mom loses the live feeling I find!) but I quibble... This is first rate and you should have it. Another band showing that there is a very blurred line between worship and contemporary music.
