Before putting this in the CD player I failed to notice that it was meant to be a children's album. The opening track is a toe-curlingly bad, out of tune, slightly reggaefied version of "Amazing Grace" which begs the question - since when do we need yet another version? On track two 15 year old Debbie is joined by an annoying bunch of kids who seem, incredibly, to make things even more out of tune to the point that your toes will not just curl but probably be ingrowing. By track three I had twigged that this was meant to be for kids but to be honest the song selection here is at times bizarre - "Amazing Grace", "Kumbahyah", "He's Got The Whole World In His Hands", etc, etc. Frankly most of these songs were a bit old hat when Debbie's mum and dad were singing them at Sunday school. And in all probability they sang them a lot better than Little Debbie too.
